Hello Daniel, I have checked your file and I understand the problem. From what I can see, the ranking process doesn't use any scripts at all, rather it uses formulas. I have checked the script and all it does is to move data from one sheet to another. I can write a script for you that it will run and search the first sheet for all entries, then it will arrange the data based on their categories. When two two players, for example, have the same scores, it will show them having the same place and we can highlight these two cells to attract the user attention. Automating procedures like this would be your best option in the end. No multiple entry of data, and therefore MUCH reduced error rates with immensely increased efficiency. This would go not only for automating the entry of data into excel, but would work for extraction from Excel too, and you can automate web page testing procedures as well. We dont mind interfacing with clients, as long as it is done on YOUR behalf. ;-)
