This is a property research project that will require you to research properties utilizing the papa site we provide and any other site needed to acquire the necessary information. We will expect a minimum of 50 properties per week. We will be providing the property addresses/locations. This is a very important project and therefore you will be receiving a premium for your work, with incremental rates that increase per every 50 properties completed. You will receive $50 upfront per every 50 properties, and when completed we will pay you the balance LESS a $50 retainage. The remaining $50 will be awarded after 10 business days. Project #1 - 50 properties at $3.00/property ($150.00 total = $50.00 upfront, $50 when properties are completed, $50 10 business days later) Project #2 - 50 properties at 3.25/property ($162.50 total = $50.00 upfront, $62.50 when properties are completed, $50 10 business days later) Once this project is completed, we will be uploading projects #3 and #4 which will follow this same structure with increased rates.
