Sales Representative B2B (Comission or hourly rate based)

We are an official consulting and communications partner to a high-profile organisation in Belgium and we a looking for a B2B Sales Representative. It is a MUST that you are a loyal, trustworthy, available and dedicated worker. You will be required to sign a non-disclosure agreement as a lot of the work is highly confidential. B2B Sales Representative description RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for making outbound sold and unsold follow-up calls to recent service department customers Oversee CRM databases for communication cycles with customers Educate self on latest service &product offerings, including pricing Generate appointments and quotes by means of proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management in an effort to qualify and market to potential customers Handle all incoming internet email leads and internet phone leads Be available to respond to email inquiries in a professional, well-spoken manner Prepared to interact with customers via phone calls (similar to call center processes) Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet Check email frequently and respond to inquiries immediately Generate leads by using multiple methods of selling. Could include one or more of the following tools social media (especially LInkedIn), email, cold calling, face to face etc. REQUIREMENTS: Good verbal and written communication skills Able to handle objections over the phone Excellent CRM system understanding (experience in Pipedrive is an advantage) Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Time management, prioritization skills, and the ability to multi-task are required Self-motivated and goal oriented European citizen (is a plus) Belgian citizen (preferred) SALARY Average commission 100-200 euros per sale (closing the sale) Hourly rate based TBD if applicable
