Master Degree or Higher Level of Education (REQUIRED!) Hello, I am seeking a virtual assistant to preform a multitude of business related activities. This is a full time position Monday through Friday 8am - 8pm EST. Your core responsibilities will be to support the administration with in preparing and completing required clerical functions. Job Location: virtual, remote work. Compensation: Salary Your responsibilities -Maintain accurate records of all accounts -Organize documents -General research -Data entry in excel -Schedule appointments and events for staff -Answering incoming calls -Preform sales related activities -Orchestrating follow-up meetings with your colleagues Your qualifications: -Master Degree or Higher Level of Education (REQUIRED!) -Self-Motivated with minimal direction. -Proficient with english both verbal and written -A team player -Experienced with customer relationship management system such as Zoho and Sales Force. -Ability to work independently -Excellent analytical and organizational skills -Smart and driven, with integrity. -Tenacious, polite, and resilient. -Computer skills including Outlook, PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
