Job Description
Reverse incoming and outgoing packages. Perform various duties including invoicing and payment, basic accounting, book-keeping, receiving, stocking, staging, and shipping freight.
Responsibilities
The following section contains the primary responsibilities for this position. The job holder is responsible for performing any other duties as assigned by management.
-Verify documents, stocks, accounts, and reverse inventory/packages to the designated addresses provided by management.
-Performs daily book-keeping and accounting of incoming and outgoing packages.
-Procure shipment's bill of laden, invoice, and other related shipment documents and receipts.
-Complies with hazardous material regulations and procedures.
-Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures.
Qualifications
-Requires completion of a high school, general education degree (GED) or equivalent combination of experience and education.
-No previous experience required.
-Must have a mailing address and a US financial account.
-Must be able to work both independently and in a team environment.
-Must be able to have basic written and verbal communication skills (documentation, communication with peers, supervisors and customers).
