Hello, I am a data scientist and R/Python programmer. I have read your description and quickly realized it is the second time I encounter this same problem. I have had a client come to me with the same problem, we had worked a little on it but he gave up on it for reasons unknown to me. Depending on how the data is structured, many approaches can be taken. In the previous case, the client was trying to come up with a system that hooks potential employees with the right employment ads, I do not know if your goal is similar, but I would imagine that is a good result to have. Otherwise, just grouping similar employment offers together then displaying them to specific groups would be good. Just like how job search engines work, only those use tags (like "Python", "Web design" and such). I am very interested in this project, and I do personally prefer ongoing projects which make a real impact or an idea of a good real world project.
