Crawler web sites

The programming required will use the following terms to search all properties for sale within our search criteria that contain any of ten following terms :

The languages that I prefer for the realization of this software are: C, Cpp, C#

We are looking for an experienced C# developer to create the following application:

1. User enters website urls,domains

2. Application crawls and spider the site:

3. No problem to crawl any character encoding (china symbol letter, japan, korea letter, cyrillic)

4. Spider website source code (if you can spider picture and video source code)

5. Checks website source code and returns:

6. Site Title

7. Site Meta Description

8. Site Keywords

9. Site page size

10. Search term site url

11. Crawled informations export to sql and mysql file

We just need basic C# application and it is crawl unicode character any language.

example:china site and russian site use other character then no problem to crawl these character with right many functionally unicode character choose.

Budget: $50-$100

And i will pay 100$ extra term:
11. Application must have like googlebot tool
12. Chrome and Mozilla browser toolbar add site for crawling and searching
