Hi there, It is somewhere possible and we can get it done for you within 5 days, We have created many Macros till now which were complex like this.

My understanding is that an email account needs to be scanned for office document attachments (e.g., MS Word). The text of the email needs to be extracted and then forwarded as a new email to a separate email account. My recommendation would be not do this as a macro in an existing email client. It would be more flexible to write a Unix script to scan the email address, extract text, and send a new email. I would either provide hosting or provide assistance in setting up the script on an existing hosting situation.

I can do this if you are using Outlook. I had a few similar tasks at my job. Please attach the letter template and an email sample.
