Tableau Architect (Full Time Temporary Contract)

We are currently developing a data visualization and data analytics based product and we are putting together a team with significant experience with Tableau to create amazing data visualizations from complex data. The candidate for the temporary contract Tableau Architect position must have extensive knowledge of Tableau deployment, and will work to provide infrastructure and platforming sizing for projects. The architect will need to apply their knowledge to define, develop, test, and deploy metadata strategy and solutions to upgrade existing systems. Key Responsibilities -Create and analyze designs, architecture, test results, and other technical aspects during deployment -Design and implement performance tests of platforms -Document and improve product performance as required -Establish and maintain metadata governance policies and best practices -Assist with best practices during implementation and integration of the platform Qualifications -BS in Computer Science or related major -3+ years experience working in Tableau construction and administration -5+ years experience in product deployment, system integration, or relevant experience -Notable customers skills and/or experience -Thorough knowledge of architectures, data warehouse modeling OLAP, data sets, etc. -Strong background with Windows Server and networking technologies -Preferred prior experience in consulting
