WANTED: Rabbit MQ Process Design EXPERT

Our company provides Healthcare practice management and processing SaaS solutions. I do not want to discover the benefits of new tools with you, I am seeking a mentor with experience in Rabbit MQ who is prepared to lead in the design and initial implementation of the project. I am seeking a mentor who has available time to work on this with my team during US - East Coast hours. We are based in Raleigh NC. Core Processes create Data and Messages which are saved into tables in MS SQL Locally. Eventually, End-Users and Service-Processes access these Messages and Data from matching, replicated tables within AWS Based high-availability environments. Similarly, Messages and Data posted in remote tables are passed back to the Core System side tables for subsequent processing or storage. I am looking for a consultant to assist in the Design and Implementation of Rabbit MQ to pick-up traffic from the Core and transfer or replicate it, with confirmations, to identical tables in the appropriate AWS environment. Returning, or switching Traffic would be have similar requirements and design and handle the processing as applicable. The best result is near-time processing with asynchronous demand so that each autonomous environment remains as self-sufficient and scalable as practical. I would like you to provide me with descriptions or examples of some of your design and implementation work using Rabbit MQ. I would like to agree on an hourly rate and availability up front for the design mentoring, and building a budget for the assistance in implementing the design, training our staff and fine tuning to queues and processes.
