Build POC app in Zoho Creator

I'm looking someone to help to build a very simple app in Zoho Creator as a proof-of-concept before scaling it up to the full project.
The main purpose: dashboard/reports on the projects-in-work (no project management needed).
Flow: Input the project details (form to database) > generate a report of all projects (printable report/dashboard) > Update the project details as work progresses (database to form to database). The projects will be crossed linked to different categories, tech used, purpose, launch season, owner, maturity, phase, related/parent hierarchy, etc. - each of these fields will serve as a filter/sort upon generating the report.
Please bid with a fixed price for a project, and show/explain your experience with Zoho Creator.
