Hello there, There's no need for Machine Learning or AI for this, we can create a script and tell it exactly what to do because we simply can and it'd be way faster. We'll fully parse the Macro-nutrients database with Python and store it in memory, then we'll go through the "huge recipes ingredients database" one row at a time, do the nutrition math, and insert the new data in the database. It's a simple as that, we'll end up exactly with the result you asked for. I know what I'm doing, it's a simple plan but that's all we need.
