The solution must be cost-effective. The solution must be able to measure the temperature of a person. If the temperature is too high it must create an alert. The solution must be capable of detecting if a person is wearing a face mask, and be able to warn the user to wear a face mask. So the system is to detect that there is a person (and his face) and it is not important to define if he is person X or Y. This is not a complete access control system, it is not an attendance monitoring system. We have a set of this hardware and we will work with you remotely to put the solution together. It would be an advantage if you have the hardware available. We are willing to pay for your set of hardware. You can ship it to us at our cost when the project is complete. The hardware specification is a follows: Jetson Nano Metal Case IMX219-77 Camera, 77° FOV (Jetson Nano) Micro SD Card (128GB) NVIDIA Jetson Nano Development Kit-B01 MLX90640 Raspberry Pi 7" Touch Screen Display AC8265 Wireless NIC for Jetson Nano, WiFi / Bluetooth 5V/4A Power Supply Very Important I am not looking for someone who is going to copy and pate GitHub repo, results may look fine but when it is applied in realtime it will fail. If you have already deployed such a system it will be a great advantage. I am not looking for someone who is going to build this using Yolo or faster-rcnn. Please only apply if you are capable and meet all of the requirements above. This is a time-sensitive project so we need you to be available immediately.

Hi sir, I am doing research in computer vision and developed YOLOV3 based vehicle detection. Currently I developed mask detection using simple image classifier on the top of face detection model. I also worked on Jetson Tx2 and one small project on Jetson nano but nano having heating problem so you can switch your project on new kit Opencv starter kit. I will feel lucky if I get this project and definitely fullfill your all requirements.
