Delphi - sync local Firebird database to remote MySQL database

I need a Delphi tool (exe and source) which syncs a local Firebird SQL database table with a MySQL table on my webserver. One way sync only, upload from local database to MySQL database, ie create new records and delete records which are no longer included in the local database. No need to update existing records on the remote MySQL database. The MySQL database still needs to be created on the server. The existing table structure can be replicated 1:1. Fields for the database are Table MARKETS - has 3 fields Table TIMEFRAMES - has 3 fields Table EMAIL_ALERTS - has 5 fields So it's pretty simple. Will prefer Russian speaking freelancers (I speak only English). I am open to using a commercial component if you recommend doing this. By the way, if you can also create code to run on the webserver which displays the data from the database in a CSS table and without reloading the page (ajax etc.) then we can make a new project for that as well.
