Create a function in Delphi that returns the active URL in Google Chrome. budget: usd 100. Our application will detect when user is using Chrome, and then, will call the new function to retrieve the URL. If user is under Incognito/private mode, a "PRIVATE_MODE" string should be returned instead. Our application will pass the correct handler so the function will now that his handler belongs to Chrome. Example of header of function: function get_chrome_url(ChromeHandler):string

My bid is for UI Automation code which retrieves Chrome Omnibox value. I also can implement retrieval of the true URL but this requires a chrome extension plus plugin executable and that's a different budget
