Hello I have over 10 years of experience with C#, Windows Forms and .NET Framework also, I have experience with internationalization of Windows Forms apps

There are multiple ways to do the translation of windows desktop app labels that is developed in .Net. 1-Localisation ( Separate dictionary files for different languages) 2-Directly bind labels to database fields But the already developed program must provide facility of its labels to be dynamic otherwise it will not pick selected language E.g if label text("cliente") is harcoded in the program then it will not pick from local dictionary file even if you change the language You need to set label text dynamic E.g Customer is mentioned in English dictionary and "cliente" is mentioned in Portuguese dictionary then label will check from dictionary and changes as per the language selection Please share with me the existing application coding details so that i could check and further guide.
