I need a web page that will have an interface that lets you connect to the web cam and then press record to record a video (with sound) and when press stop, it then saves the video as an MP4 file to the server. This must be developed in asp.net 4.5 and vb.net Need quick turn around (within next 24 hours) The interface needs to have a drop down saying 'select camera' with a drop down of which web cams are available (eg. on the microsoft surface there is the front and back cameras). It also needs to have a window showing what is currently in the web cam and then needs to have a record button. When recording there needs to be a stop button which when pressed will pop up a messages saying 'would you like to save this video' and ask for a name to save it as. It then needs to save as that name with .mp4 as an mp4 video on the server (not the local machine) There is a jquery plugin I found that does some of this that could be used to build this : [login to view URL]
