Hi I'm an editor up in Leeds, specialising in fiction, KDP clients and new and aspiring author manuscripts. I was a lecturer in Linguistics and Creative Writing and I have a Master's in English, so editing played to my skill set quite well and I decided to give up teaching full time a few years ago. Since then, I've worked on several hundred novels, offering line and structural editing, as well as assistance with publication. I've certainly got subject matter experience; I'm a pianist myself (incidentally, my two favourite musicians from Glasgow are Bobby Gillespie and Bert Jansch).
