Convert Existing Cadence Allegro Design Files to Altium and Add an ESP32 or Equivalent WiFi Module

This job includes the task of convert existing Cadence Allegro PCB design files to Altium or CircuitStudio format and then adding a ESP32 or Equivilant Modules to the Design and Delivering those files and firmware. The design also needs to be re-designed to have a set of IC'(s) that allow the board to run off of a battery and a USB port can be used to recharge the battery. This contractor should be familiar with the WIFI module so that they can easily know the best design and firmware to program the module to act as a Soft AP so that they can connect to the module with the Cell Phone and configure it to connect to a existing WIFI network and then save setting and reboot in Station mode and connect to latest WiFi standard existing network. Deliverables is redesigned board in Altium or CircuitStudio with all design files and in 3D, GERBER, BOM and ESP32 or WiFI module firmware with included instruction on how to program the firmware for ESP and existing MCU on design they are converting to Altium using the micro-USB interface. Also make sure the deliverable of files includes a method to allow the circuit to run off of battery and the battery can be re-charged.
