Hi, i just read your attachment. We can use ESP wroom board for based esp8266 module. It's a simple project that can be finished in 2-3 days. just need to maintain communication to achieve that. for other requirements, let's discuss it over chat. I have became PCB designer since 2012 and has done lot of projects for various application, from Hobbyst to Military purpose.
