PLC Home Automation with WAGO IO PFC200

We’re looking for an experienced PLC design with knowledge of WAGO PLC controllers.

We’re renovating an old building in the Netherlands and we want to automate the majority of the building with sensors, pulse switches etc. Once renovated it will function a cocktail bar so think lighting, mechanical ventilation, a freezer (for draft beer system) and security systems. The brain of the operation will be a WAGO PFC200 (already purchased) combined with NODE RED / Home Assistant. I’m not experienced with PLC’s whatsoever so we need someone who can help in the upcoming stages.

Your initial job is to design our system based on what’s possible, affordable and functional. We’ve currently came up with 32 inputs and 26 outputs. We’d like to know what to purchase in example; WAGO (or other) modules, sensors and switches and how this all ties together.

This is the start, once we have all the items we require some help with wiring, do’s and don’t etc.

We’d like to do this project on an hourly base
