Electron browser build

Hi. Onda Educa, a small company in the educational sector, from Spain. we have a platform and some of our apps are flash. you will already know the problem we have with that. We would like to make a browser with electron for windows, mac and linux. We have our own browser in CEF only for windows, but I would like something more updated. Could you compile a version for our platform? what would the budget be? thanks
