Hi there, I have many experiences in designing and prototyping custom carrier boards for CM4, Jetson Nano/Xavier, Khadas Edge. I can share some of my IO boards I designed and manufactured recently. Except USB3.2, all others - PoE, CM4 Panasonic conn, GiE, MicroSD slots - are easy for me. I think using a USB3.2 chip with PCIe is also doable work for me if I study a couple of hours.
