I need you to find solar panel that can work indoors and design a circuit which shall be used to run a submersible pump 0.25 Watt ( 5V 47mA) for approximately 4 hours a day. This product will be used in EU and US region. The solar panel will be placed indoors so an Amorphous solar panel wold be ideal. choose the best solar panel that can work indoors.
The solar panel should ideally be one single unit with an USB socket to connect the pump.
the solar panel will ideally be mounted on the inner side of a window.
