We are currently in search of someone to compose a full set of lecture materials for our Fiber Optics Installer Certification Program. Such should comprise of a course outline, lecture slides, lecture notes, and labs(lab worksheets), along with 5-10 quizzes and 1 final exam. We are aspiring to be accredited by ETA International which is why we would need someone who will be able to guarantee that their output would be approved by ETA. Below is a file containing ETA's FOI course outline for your reference.

I am an electronics engineer and have working as an academic professor at the technological university of the philippines for 20 years. My job as a faculty member of the said university is not only teaching i am also engaged in training and research activities of the university. and one of the subject i always taught is communication which include fiber optics. so i have plenty of learning materials in this field.
