RGS CNC MACHINE DIANOSTICS

I have a problem with an RGS CNC Machne manufactured by SIDAC CNC srl. Attached will be the model number and Serial Codes . The Machine stopped working based on a software issue. I am looking for an Expert in troubleshooting this type of machine to help me bring it back to life. Problem : Our main problem with our RGS machine is that there is a light indicator on the punching bit. In order for the punching bit(broken) to be changed the light indicator must shift to another bit. Now we cannot get the light indicator to switch to another bit for us to change the broken bit.
