I could simulate this circuit in different platforms as they are: multisim or proteus in which one could place ammeters, voltmeters, wattmeters or whatever you need, I'm doubtful about figure 2 since I do not know a simulator of the mounting on the board, although I could use kicad for the design of the tracks, I could do it in a few hours (maximum 2) and I would send you either images of the simulation or the package in the simulator that you prefer, I am an electronic engineer and I can adapt to how you need it

I'm an electronics engineer and I've simulated many circuits using LTSpice, including active components such as opamps.

Being a student and working as an electronic engineer, I had worked, simulated and implementing circuits like this, even with the 741 opamp, and doing reports, graphics and analytics of simulations with LTSpice. For the required sim, will replace the relay for a resistor of equivalent model of DC lamp (by given nominal working voltage and wattage).
