Job Description:
As a Player Support, main responsibility is to make our game rooms a fun and entertaining place to be. You will actively engage with our customers to make sure that everything runs smoothly and they have a great time while playing. Being the first point of contact you will be responsible for welcoming customers, hosting games, quizzes and dealing with customer questions; whilst all the time creating a sense of ‘community’ among our customers. The best player support are fun, approachable and easy-to-talk-to people!
The role demands you to be flexible and should be ready to work in night shifts including public/national holidays as we operate 24/7.
Responsibilities and Duties
1) Manage company’s CEM (Customer Experience Management) system on 8hrs shift basis
2) Being first of point of contact, ensure that the chat environment is positive at all times, welcome new players, ensure Chat Guidelines are followed and players have a good time chatting
3) Bring fun, entertainment and humor to the game rooms whilst being professional and delivering a best in class service to our customers
4) Encourage players to participate and wager more by promoting various offers/promotions in a manner which does not look like spam
5) Conduct games as per guidelines to meet business objectives
6) Contribute suggestions and promotional ideas that will improve player engagement
7) Maintain good working relationships with all team members
8) Behave in a responsible and professional manner at all times projecting company brand and values
9) Manage all tasks in a timely and efficient manner, escalating where necessary to next level of management in line with escalation procedures

Relevant Skills and Experience
I have had over 5 years of customer service experience, I am also trained and certified in Customer Service as well.

Extensive experience on Customer Service and Support for big brands like Verizon and Samsung. International professional experience including New York City tech world. Multilingual.
Relevant Skills and Experience
Ability to work in French, Spanish and Italian besides English. Experience with systematized customer service operations.
