Fixing Subtitles in Premiere Pro CC 2019

I have about 40 minutes of subtitles to be worked on. I have put it through auto sub but it's not particularly accurate, has no punctuation and the phrasing is all wrong. Some of the spoken word is a bit choppy so some grammatical 'smoothing' is also important. You'll need to know how to use subs in Premiere and have CC 2018 or preferably CC 19. I need it to be formatted to about 5 words per line so that each phrasing has one or two, one or two line subtitles. For example: //Very often they just have general/ business or sales experience.// //They're the two major/ areas we draw from.// //Somebody who used to running/ a substantial organization// //or being self-motivated or/ setting their own goals.//
