Need translation from English to Tagalog for a 3,500 word document. Before you bid, please note that I am looking for a professional translator with a native tongue for Tagalog, NOT a freelancer who plans to run the document through a software translator. The final document will be checked with another freelancer for accuracy. Must be willing to revise the document to high quality standards. This should be a manual translation in order to be the high quality document that I need for the project. Note, due to the number of low-quality translators who bid on projects and act like they can deliver, there are some specifications here. First, you need to make sure to tell me in your bid that you read this project. If you do NOT mention in your bid that you read this project, I will assume that you didn't and report you. If you decide to bid on this project and cannot deliver what I am requesting, do not expect to get paid. Simple as that. Don't waste my time and I won't waste yours.
