Project Events Manager

• To plan and organising events from operational through to implementation and post event activities. • To inspire junior team members and mentor their development • Advising the events team on strategy for company events ensuring effective and efficient delivery, whilst maintaining the quality and standards required. • Provide and own end-to-end event management solutions from sourcing, selecting and securing multiple venues to managing and selecting catering requirements, as well as manage all technical support and sponsor requirements • Candidates must have 2-5 years agency background • Fluent in both Arabic & English • Strong communication skills • Monitor event activities to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and laws, satisfaction of participants, and resolution of any problems that arise. • Meet with sponsors and organizing committees to plan scope and format of events, to establish and monitor budgets, or to review administrative procedures and event progress. • Arrange the availability of audio-visual equipment, transportation, displays, and other event needs • Propose new ideas to improve the event planning and implementation process. • Plan, budget, and manage finances by keeping track of all transactions that got into the process of planning the event.
