On-site Registration and Event Coordinator

We are hosting a small corporate conference (approx 40ppl) on December 3, 4, and 5 in Palo Alto. Looking for someone to manage the event registration and on-site logistics for the conference. Responsibilities would include, but are not limited to: ensuring arrival of boxes to meeting room, assembling portfolios with binders and collateral, assembling name badges, placing marketing collateral on tables, registering attendees, setting up signage, being a liason between conference presenters and hotel staff, and assisting with meeting time management. Experience preferred in the event, conference, or hotel industry.
