I have an excel spreadsheet with weekly measurements of gas. I need to be able to insert blank cells into the sheet (in between weekly sampling) to represent daily measurements. The problem is that the sampling dates are not at regular intervals. i.e. its not just a case of adding in 6 blank cells between weekly measurement dates. I can use SPSS if it is easier to write a syntax for SPSS to complete this function?

hi! so...i've gone through the project details and the xlsx file...and i have a few quesitons... # when do you need to insert a blank row (i guess, it's the rows to insert)? at some specific day of the week...like at the end of the week? # how many blank rows needs to be inserted? and, does they do any calculation or just sit blank? i guess, i can help you find a solution if answered those questions. please send a PM so that i could attach some workout for you to review...and then award if it solves your problem. thanks.
