Convert an excel file I have written into a secure online ordering system for our dealers to quote and order the complex products we manufacture, wholesale and retail.

We are an Australian Security & Insect Window and Door Screen manufacturing, wholesale and retail company selling these fully customisable and complex products. I wish to expand our current retail business through growing our re-sellers but this means that the independent re-sellers cannot get access to an excel file that I have written as they can currently simply copy, steal & keep it. Thereby my company looses all the IP embedded in the Excel file. I have been writing this excel file over the last few years and my current dealers use it to: 1. Quote our products to retail customers. 2. Let our re-sellers (we call these independent businesses our dealers) know how much profit they will make selling, ordering to us and then installing the product we manufacture and supply to them. 3. Process our dealers orders by printing material requirement lists so we can order the raw materials from our suppliers. 4. Create and use material cutting lists for our factory to manufacture the products to the detailed window or door specifications. The program I require needs to: Replicate this system online as a minimum but I expect it to be able to do so much more. Be a cloud based client product quoting and ordering system that is secure and unable to be copied. Each dealer to have a unique log in so they can track the history all their quotes and client orders A fast and easy to use system to quote retail clients and then seamlessly switch to an order to us when the retail client proceeds with the order. Be able to quickly and easily quote and order the fully customisable and complex products that we manufacture or supply to our dealers. We can see all our dealers quotes and orders - current and history of all. Be used through our production processes from order receipt right through to dispatch Payment portal - both from a retail client payment and also dealer payments. To be usable on any computer connected to the internet. A tablet, laptop or possibly even a mobile phone. We currently use ZOHO as our crm system This will be a large project that I need completed within weeks not months. I will need to monitor and assist in it's development as the complex products and pricing structures are virtually impossible to communicate via distance. I will need to be available to answer all questions as they arise and I expect the questions to be almost constant. Therefore I will be at your side throughout its development so that I can learn how the system functions so when changes arise in our industry I can input those changes into the system and keep going. My business will own the software / program once it is written. I will be happy to travel anywhere globally and will stay with you until the project is completed.

we are creating ordering system with Google form and sheets. we are able to convert google form into html form to customize according to the user needs. we have hands on experience in app script and vba. Every thing that you want is possible with Google form and sheet. the imitation is on payment integration. paypal can be use or we can call a payment gateway site on submit.
