Hello! I see you have attached CSV and Excel file, but in the project description, you mention a database. Since CSV is a plain text file and Excel is not a database program, I believe you need to have a real database in MS Access? If the answer is yes, then I can help you create such a database the way you want it and I will import the data to the database which leads me to the first question: how to map records from CSV and Excel file?
