Create New 2018 Commercial Catalog from template and materials supplied

CD ROM Inc has hired over 50 Freelancers and done @ 65 projects on Freelancer. We are a 25+ year old computer IT company. We would like to create a new commercial price list for 2018 which includes items in the attached 2017 catalog, some of which are also on our GSA contract and some are not. The spread sheet attached includes @ 165 items that MUST be on the commercial catalog. The catalog will be labeled June 2018. The index must be updated and accurate to reflect existing items, and the new items from the 2017 catalog. For example, line items 45-67 are not included in the 2017 catalog. See spreadsheet 2, the "New Price List". We will need a blank space for the cover, a blacnk space for the letter from the president, which we will supply before the 3rd mjilestone and we will need to have as the last page the attached "orderformblank". No art work will need ot be created as we will supply anyting needed. Pictures will need to be included for the major categories which we will supply. We would like to have this completed by the middle of the day on Monday June 11th. There will be 3 milestones. One, will be a draft of the new commercial catalog which will include ALL the items in speadsheet attached called "commercial price..." We will then supply images and descriptions of the missing items and ask for a second draft. This will be milestone 2. The 3rd milestone will be acceptance of the final commercial catalog. We will be available to answer questions at least twice a day during the project. There may be opportunity for future work with us to the winner. If we receive your bid before you have time to review the 4 attachments, you will not be seriously considered so we recommend that you take at least a few minutes to understand the scope of this project.
