Hi there, I am using outlook as default email client. As a routine I receive specific system generated mail (with HTML body) which may contain a hyperlink (sometimes hyperlink can be broken) of a PDF document. I need a macro that can open that hyperlink and save PDF document with specific name as per email subject (i.e. [login to view URL]). Once download is completed macro should mark that email as read. Macro should work within excel as I want to keep track of all files downloaded in a single record (Sr No, Email Title, Download Time, PDF File Name, Email Body), I will provide more details over a call once I finalize the developer.

Namaste! I am familiar with excel vba macro as I have been using it for my final year project. I am capable to complete the task in probably 1 to 3 days time, as I need to consider testing of the codes. Here's a couple of questions for you: 1. Is the hyperlink used for the opening of online pdf document? Is that what you mean? 2. Can you provide me a sample of mail? Anything can just contact me through chats, and inform me for details.
