Excel Timeouts with 500-Internal Server Error when waiting for Server response

BID ONLY IF YOU KNOW YOU CAN FIX THE ISSUE We have an Excel sheet that sends a request to the server and gets the response back. When the call to the server is made with less data (2 rows), then Excel gives the result back. When a call is the server is made with 75 rows, it errors with 500-Internal Server Error. I will supply excel sheet with all relevant details to the successful candidate.
