Excel - I want automatic change of days when I switch to another month or another year

Hi,
I think everything is explained in the title, budget is 10$ (hourly payment), I give fabulous reviews and that's it.
Important: month switching already works, try to change month (1 - 12) and you will see. (Month = Mjesec)
Remember, 1.1.2017 started on Sunday, 1.1.2018 started on Monday, and 1.1.2019 started on Tuesday. Days of the week all need to shift for each month differently, as they are supposed to. Basically I need 2018, 2019 and maybe 2020 if it's within the budget.
