A dog- related company is looking to hire an administrative assistant to help perform a variety of tasks as well as assist with urgent customer service matters. You'll be doing a variety of administrative assistant tasks, such as using Excel for different functions, making a phone call, or using different online tools. In addition, your job will include both inbound calls and emails, and you will address questions and concerns of new clients, current clients, employees and applicants. This job is fast paced and requires you to be a fast thinker and problem solver, while at the same time, know how to follow instructions in a precise manner. In addition, your English must be perfect (C2 level), and you must be a dog owner yourself, either currently or previously. This job is a 40 hours/week job Mon-Fri from 2:30PM-10:30PM EST The pay is $2/hour, and we're looking for someone who will be available for the long term and can give at least a 6 month commitment, but hopefully will be with us for years to come. Requirements: * Experienced as an administrative assistant or virtual assistant * Experienced in customer service * Perfect verbal and written English (C2 level) * MUST be a dog owner (currently or previously owned a dog) * Problem solver and able to think fast. * Fast learner and comfortable around technology * Must be available for a total of 40 hours a week Mon-Fri from 2:30PM-10:30PM EST The following applicants will be ignored: * Applicants with no cover letter * Applicants with a cover letter that contains grammatical English errors or typos * Applicants that send a cover letter that doesn't include information about them previously or currently owning a dog.
