Regarding this opportunity, we are looking for part-time Data Entry & Reporting Assistant to provide daily, weekly and monthly accurate data and reporting for Marketing and Operations areas by using Microsoft Excel. We are an Ecommerce & affiliate marketing company, the largest in Latin America. We are in constant and exponential growth. We are a company where there will be always work and many possibilities for progress. REQUIREMENTS: 1. Excel savy (advance skills required) as you will need to sse excel formulas like Vlookup, IF, SUM, SUMPRODUCT, etc and create Excel Pivot tables and Conditional formatting for different reports. 2. Advance internet skills as you will need to consolidate files from different sources (i.e. Facebook, Shopify, Trackingmore, Zendesk, etc) to create personalized reports. 3. Been available between 1am EST and 9am EST from Monday to Sunday as reports should be send daily at 4am EST and if you need any help our team members will be online from 7am EST. 4. You have to be very proactive, analytical and organized in order to keep your work up to date and accurate. 5. Execution ability, be fast to do the job but with high quality standards. 6. Continuously communication through Skype, Slack, Gmail and other platforms. 7. English or Spanish (any of each one is OK) is essential and we will consider candidates with strong experience in: Digital Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, Community Management, Customer Service, etc. We are willing to offer a long-term position We put it on our side, we expect the same on the other side.
