Looking for a HR/Recruiter

We are looking for a freelance recruiter, for our startup based in Noida.
Need end to end recruitment life cycle to be fulfilled work on monthly basis with fast turn arounds.
Each requirement closed will get paid a flat fee plus bonus.
Candiate Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 6 months into Recruitment
- Work requires hiring for BPO, multiple processes
- Have knowledge about hiring via vendor/consultant
- Hire and co-ordinate with the candidates
- Initial Screening and probing the candidate
- Aggressive recruitment and bulk hiring experience preferred
- Work from home as per own convenience and earn for the same
Note:
Person needs to have a one on one conversation in our facility, Noida. Delhi NCR region preferred candidate.
