We need someone to find and collect data about the City of Colwood, in British Columbia, Canada. We need comprehensive data about industry, employment, access to services and population demographics. We need comprehensive data and charting of the real estate market, sales and listings of three product classes (Single Family Home, Condominiums & Rowhomes). We need a picture of the historical (3, 5 & 10 Year) economic outlook and real estate price indexes. We need research to show all new construction projects in the city for the past 3 years. We need research of all building and development permits currently open in the City. We need research about the public transit system and future transit plans. We need research and rankings of all public schools (primary and secondary). It should be prepared in a research report format in Microsoft Word with supporting data included as a spreadsheet appendix wherever appropriate.
