Match two columns in Excel for duplicates and similarities (hourly)

Hello, I am looking for an advanced Excel formula that will compare two lists of Company Names and find similarities between the two lists. I am not seeking simply a list comparison to identify duplicates, if I wanted to do that I could use any free online tool. I am seeking for a tool that will go beyond just identifying duplicates between the lists, including finding similarities. Column A will have a list of thousands of company names Column B will have a different list of hundreds (or thousands) of company names Column C needs to generate exact duplicate values (if any) between Column "A" and "B" Column D needs to generate similar values (when present) between Column "A" and "B" For example, if company name called “UpWork” was in Column “A,” and if company name called “Up Work” was in Column “B,” it needs to identify it in Column D as a “similar value” — within Column D, it needs to display it in this format: UpWork, Up Work Another example: If company name “Microelectronics” was in Column “A” and “Micro Electronics” was in Column “B” it needs to identify it in column D as a “similar” value — within column D, it needs to display it in this format: Microelectronics, Micro Electronics, while Column C is blank. Another example: If company name “[login to view URL]” was in Column “A” and “Fenderstuff” was in Column “B” it needs to identify it in column D as a “similar” value — within column D, it needs to display it in this format: [login to view URL], Fenderstuff, while Column C is blank. Another example: If company name “Frys Electronics” was in Column “A” and “Fry’s Electronics” was in Column “B” it needs to identify it in column D as a “similar” value — within column D, it needs to display it in this format: Frys Electronics, Fry’s Electronics, while Column C is blank. Another example: If company name “Pureromance” was in Column “A” and “Pureromance” was in Column “B” it needs to identify it in column D as a “similar” value — within column C, it needs to identify it as a duplicate and write it in this format: Pureromance, while Column D is blank since there is no similarity in this case but rather an exact duplicate. Another example: If company name “Arbonne” was in Column “A” and “Arbonne LLC” was in Column “B” it needs to identify it in column D as a “similar” value — within column D, it needs to display it in this format: Arbonne, Arbonne LLC, while Column C is blank. Another example: If company name “Bestbuy, Inc.” was in Column “A” and “Best Buy” was in Column “B” it needs to identify it in column D as a “similar” value — within column D, it needs to display it in this format: Bestbuy,Inc., Best Buy, while Column C is blank. Another example: If company name “Chicken-Sandwich” was in Column “A” and “ChickenSandwich LLC” is in Column “B” it needs to identify it in column D as a “similar” value — within column D, it needs to display it in this format: Chicken-Sandwich, ChickenSandwich LLC, while Column C is blank. Another example: If “Cloud Sandwich” is in Column A and “Sandwich Cloud” is in Column B, no entry should be made in Column C or Column D The end result is a tool that will allow me to compare two lists, and have a 99% accuracy rate in identifying similar values. Each company name can be spelled differently, i.e. with Inc, LLC at the end, or different spacing, and as such, it is prudent to have a tool that identifies not only exact duplicates, but also similarities in real-world use cases. Be advised that it will be necessary to run this tool against live data multiple times to find where additional adjustments are needed (where the tool’s matching is too conservative, or too aggressive), therefore expect some follow-up requests for adjustments that will ensure your tool is useful to me in a real-world use case.
