I developed lots of Outlook plugin for various purposes like meeting management, task management, project document management, etc. I developed many workflows using MS Flow to transfer email data to Sharepoint, One drive, Excel, OneNote, etc. I can develop a workflow for you to store email data to one drive. It would be easy for me. It takes 1 day if you have exact requirements. For instance, which emails will be saved to the one drive? How is the format of the data that will be saved to the one drive in the outlook?
