need somebody to find an importer to import something

I need a professional import secretary to help me to find the import company in the Philippines which can import the mobile charging locker in the attached file.
we will send the product to the Philippines and the import company would need to do the customs clearance and the overall import work and receive the product for us.
our partner in the Philippine is a person and not a company so it may need the import the company to use their name to receive the product for us. Then they will send it to our partner in Manila.
we dont want to apply for any new document to import the product, the company should have the necessary documentation to import it.
we will let the manufacturer exporting it from china side so it does not need to afraid that the product contains any illegal contents.
i will give 3usd for this work. interested party pls make the bid by saying that you are willing to do it by 3usd.
it needs to find three company for the importing.
