Need two blank rows every nth row in Excel/Google Sheet doc. And 1 column hyperlink removed from url

Hey, Having an issue where whenever I copy my urls into a google sheet the links have hyperlinks automatic. I can remove then in Excel easily, but as soon as I paste them they become hyperlinks. How do I stop that in just the 1 column from happening? Also I need 2 blank rows every 5 rows. need to work on this now, anyone available? Can be done in Excel or google sheet, I just ideally would like to have it in Google Sheet so it can be a shared doc with our other collaborators.
