Office Budget Excel File

Hey, thanks for the Offer. hope you understand the concept of the template. this template is for the Construction Project Management firm. Basically, we need a template to record and see the current capacity of the Costs. The template is divided into the 3 parts: - Projects Income: where I need 3 fields to provide the option for the Bills: Paid Bill, Openbill and sent invoices - Draft Projects: where I need an option to fill up the Project Budget, employee name and available hours (field) - Office Cost: I need the option to provide office costs such as Rent, paper, cleaning, Food, etc. (Monthly, quarterly, yearly) - Salary Section: here I need the option to provide the salary of the employees Also, I need the option to Calculate the working hour for the year including the holidays and off. These working hours are different for all the employees e.g.: 1 employee work 4 days 6 hours a day. the other work for 8 hours for 3 or 4 days. I need the result as in my attached template where I can see what is yearly budget for office and what is current status. we are a small startup, new to the business. :D Suggestions are welcome :) Also, we might need help later to upgrade the template so would be nice if we can contact you back or hopefully you will be made the template to be modified easily in case you not available to re help.
