Administrative Assistant to perform and be responsible for various office tasks and assignments. Must be able to multi-task in fast paced environment. Must be an effective communicator both verbally and written. Must be able to prioritize, and understand when a sense of urgency is appropriate. Must be extremely organized (lots of paperwork/spreadsheets/tracking logs/etc.). Must be computer literate (yardi/excel/word/etc.). Must be honest, reliable and have good interpersonal skills. Bi-lingual a plus. Experience in low income housing, project base section 8 an advantage.

In my full-time line of work, I worked in a County department in which we administered tenant based rental assistance using HOME funds, housing rehabilitation program and a down payment assistance program using CDBG funds, and offered Section 8 housing using HUD funds. I have a deep understanding of low-income programs (worked there for 15 years) and the regulations that come along with the program funding. I also understand the budgeting side of the programs and allowable costs. I would be happy to work with you as an administrative assistant. My availability is flexible which gives me the ability to meet any deadlines that you may have looming.
