Hi, I reviewed your workflow in the PDF, and from the look of it, Excel is not the best solution. What you really need is a separate program developed in Visual Basic that will do this for you. I can develop this Visual Basic program (Windows program with a nice GUI) that will allow you to manage your workflow in a time and cost effective manner.
